Rosemary Warner was born in Bakersfield, California, and moved to San Francisco, CA, in 1961. A University of San Francisco graduate, she is now retired from the federal government, living with her daughter and son, and her two cats, Minerva and Suga, in the Glen Cove area of Vallejo, CA.
